Terms and conditions

To provide you with the best coaching experience these terms have been designed to give you the best possible service and get you optimal results.

The length of time, of the program is no more than the period stated from the date agreed, provided to the client at the start of the coaching period.
A break in the coaching period prohibited unless agreed by WhiteSageNutrition
The client cannot postpone the agreed start date of the program unless agreed by White Sage Nutrition.
Once the program plan has been sent, no refunds will be provided. Upon purchase, you agree to the refund policy.
If Carly is unavailable for more than 24 hours a substitute will be provided to assist with coaching.
Daily accountability and full accessibility is available Monday-Friday inside the program. Saturday & Sunday will be limited. Questions and food logs are to be sent Saturday and Sunday. They will be reviewed on Monday.
The Client must fully disclose all medical conditions.
Posting any unlawful, threatening content to your coach or on our private Facebook community group is prohibited.
All information provided on the client questionnaire must be accurate.
You must be 18 years and over to work with White Sage Nutrition.
Once payment has been received, you will receive your program plan, meal plan, shopping list inside your email and Carly will contact you to begin your program within 24 hours and customise it to suit your individual requirements.
